How long does delivery take?

 

Delivery is Royal Mail tracked 48hrs, orders will be posted the next working day and you'll receive a tracking number.

Where do the flowers come from?

Majority of the flowers come from my garden, I'm able to preserve so much from April through to September but after that, October - March, I'll heavily rely on shop bought bouquets and Orchids (I keep the orchids in our greenhouse but seeing as this is my first proper year, we'll see if I can get them to flower, so far there are a few buds coming back so fingers crossed!!)

My garden is filled with many flowers, most of them I'm unable to preserve and are specifically planted for the pollinators, as much as I use the flowers for my business, I don't like to take away from nature. There are lots of hiding places, eco ponds, grasses, messy corners, logs etc for insects to live and thrive. Multiple bird feeders and places to drink from. You'll see on my social media highlights all the creatures that visit and the plants we grow.

Do you do flower commissions?

I do, however, at the moment, I'm working on setting up an order page through this website so that commission orders can be placed here, with detailed forms of what you'd like, how to send me the flowers etc. I've helped preserve a few wedding bouquets and funeral flowers as gifts for people but I'm not taking on many orders at the moment as I'm very busy for the rest of the year , I'll be exploring more Occasion Preservation in 2026.

I'm unhappy with my order, what can I do?

If you're unhappy with your order, you can absolutely return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Just contact us at bloominbecks@outlook.com with your order number.  You'll receive a prepaid shipping form to your email, so just package up the return item and pop the shipping form on and send it back to us!
